Norris & Gardiner are active members of the landscape Training Group. Our staff undertake regular training covering legislation, Health & Safety, trade skills, supervisory and management skills. In addition, regular 'Tool Box' talks are delivered to all operatives by our management and supervisory staff to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality.
We are full contracting members of the British Association of Landscape Industries and, as such, are bound by its Code of Conduct. As an Investor in People we are committed to train and develop our workforce to ensure we meet the needs of our clients.
