Our Team

Creating successful outcomes for our clients is a team effort at Norris & Gardiner, from first contact to site implementation and beyond. Whether we are completing one-off works or managing your external environment for the long term, your project, large or small will be handled effectively by our trained, effective and friendly staff. Many of our staff have grown with the business and carried out a range of roles on the way, this has created a very flexible team able to deputise for one and other during holidays or other times away from their desk such as sickness or training days.

In The Office

Vivienne Grant is Office Manager, joining the family business in 1987 bringing with her expertise in accounts and administration obtained largely in the insurance industry. Vivienne manages the office overall and has key roles in finance, quality assurance and administrative systems.

Lisa Blastock is our Office Administrator and she handles the majority of incoming calls and handles much of the order and job processing from the administrative point of view including dealing with local authorities regarding Tree Preservation Orders and other relevant designations such as Conservation Areas and SSSI’s. Since joining the team as Office Assistant Lisa has established herself as a key team member handling complex client interaction, her helpful manner and great company knowledge make her great in this role.

Contract Management

Richard Smith is the newest member of the Management Team having joined in January 2012 but with him he brings a wealth of industry experience from sports turf including green keeping to all aspects of landscape development and maintenance.

The Operational Teams

Each of our operational teams is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and most cost effective land based services, each has their specific strengths from fine turf to tree care and from highways and traffic management to sports turf. Together they provide an incredibly broad range of specialist services to meet your needs however complex or diverse.
